About Us

Milestone Decisions provides 24-hour care for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. We currently operate two Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) in Moscow, licensed by the State of Idaho for eight beds each. In addition, we are certified as a Residential Habilitation Agency, in both Moscow and Coeur d’Alene, to provide 24-hour residential services in the community. Currently, we have 23 residents in the ICF program and 30 residents in the Residential Habilitation program.

Our emphasis is on providing a home environment in each and every setting, where privacy and individual rights are respected. Promoting a full and meaningful life through a variety of activities, both in the home and in the community, is the way of life at Milestone Decisions. We provide individualized skill training on all activities of daily living, support to maintain employment in the community, and a full schedule of recreational opportunities. Our goal is to create the conditions to allow everyone the independence to reach their fullest potential.

Our mission is to promote a meaningful life by individually meeting the physical, intellectual, and social needs of each person we serve.
