Our Coeur d’Alene, ID office is located at 1221 W. Ironwood Dr., Suite 101. We currently provide residential habilitation services to several individuals in their own homes throughout the community.

Sarah McClure
Executive Director

Sarah has worked with Westcare-managed companies like Milestone Decisions since 2002. She was hired on as a Direct Care Staff member and worked her way up, soon realizing she had found her calling. Working with people with developmental disabilities has been a joy in her life ever since! In September 2020, she transitioned to the role of Executive Director for both the Coeur d’Alene and Moscow Milestone locations. Sarah is excited to continue advocating for her clients well into the future!
Kaleigh Bigarel
Program Director
Kaleigh has been blessed to work with people with intellectual disabilities since she was 16 years old. Her journey began following in the footsteps of her mother, who worked in the intellectually disabled community, to upstate New York, where she worked as a summer camp counselor. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for the field, a passion she’s carried with her to Milestone! Kaleigh has been with Milestone Decisions since July 2014, when she came on as a Direct Care staff member. She was promoted to House Manager in 2015, and has proudly served as Program Director since September 2020. She has the love and support of her amazing family, and feels like she has won the lottery every day! Kaleigh lives her life with gratitude, living by the maxim: “I don’t have to go to work, I get to!”
Teresa Huckaby
Program Coordinator
Teresa started her journey working with individuals with disabilities at a summer camp over thirty years ago, and she has never wanted to work in any other field! Teresa holds an Associate degree in Liberal Studies from Spokane Falls Community College, B.A. in Education from Ashford University in San Diego, and a Master’s in Special Education. Teresa’s life’s passion is helping people with special needs achieve their goals and integrate into the community. She has three teenagers at home along with four pit bulls, so her free time is happily spent with them! Teresa prides herself on making every day count and choosing joy.
Tammy Johnson
Business Manager
Tammy is a seasoned office manager, coming to Milestone Decisions in 2017 after 19 years at Benewah Medical & Wellness Center. In November 2019, Tammy tackled a new role as House Manager for one of Milestone’s residential habilitation homes in Coeur d’Alene through August of 2021 when she took on more responsibilities in the office. In March of 2022, Tammy accepted the role of Business Manager for both the Coeur d’Alene and Moscow locations. Tammy enjoys seeing the residents and visiting with them when they come into the office. Tammy has the support of her amazing family, friends and co-workers who are both.
