Paid Internships

Milestone offers a variety of paid internship opportunities that are ideal for students who would like to complete their fieldwork requirements, gain hands-on experience performing Direct Support Professional (DSP) job duties, and earn pay for their time and service. The Milestone team will work with you and your major program to help facilitate an internship that will help you meet these goals and have a fulfilling experience in the field! Paid Internship wages start at $15.50/hour with flexible scheduling, available temporary shared housing, and access to educational courses, certifications & hands-on training by Milestone DSPs.
